The Reframe Foundation

Meet the Team

The founders, directors and people turning our mission into action — building safer futures for young people and families.

Ekaterina North

Ekaterina North

Founder · CEO · Secretary · Mum
Bachelor of Nursing / Bachelor of Paramedicine · MICDA

Ekaterina North founded the Reframe Foundation out of a deep commitment to ending domestic violence and building healthy relationships education for young people. She believes every child deserves an equal chance at a safe, healthy future, and that breaking cycles of violence starts with teaching children, early, what healthy relationships look like.

She brings that same drive to help people to her clinical career. As a Registered Nurse and qualified Paramedic, Ekaterina has worked across coronary care, emergency, heart failure, thoracic, and general medical and surgical settings, as well as in disability support. This breadth of experience has exposed her to a wide cross-section of the community and shaped her focus on safe, empathetic, person-centred care.
