Reframing coercive control conversations
Our Purpose
The Reframe Foundation is an Australian not-for-profit dedicated to coercive control prevention. We believe the most powerful place to intervene is early, giving children and young people the tools to understand healthy relationship dynamics and recognise when something feels wrong.
How We Work
Early Intervention
Reaching children and young people with accessible, age-appropriate education on healthy and unhealthy relationship dynamics, recognising warning signs in how people treat one another, and understanding the role of consent in safe relationships.
Children's Education
Using story and creative resources to make coercive control visible and understandable, in language that resonates with young audiences and opens real conversations at home and in the classroom.
Community Programs
Building tools and programs designed to extend impact beyond a single resource, including classroom engagement and educational materials currently in development.
Survivor Voice
Inviting survivors to donate their artwork to The Reframe Foundation, where it is transformed into meaningful merchandise. This honours and amplifies their voices, funds our programs, and reminds the community that healing and strength take many forms.
"Some stories shape who we become.
Some stories help us break cycles."

What We're Building
We are working thoughtfully to develop evidence-informed educational resources for children, young people, families, and educators. This includes printed materials, classroom tools, and digital resources, designed to be accessible, practical, and grounded in best-practice frameworks.
We are open to partnerships and collaborations that align with our mission. If you are a school, organisation, or researcher interested in working with us, we would love to hear from you.
Support the Mission
Every donation supports the careful development of early intervention resources, respectful relationship education, and community programs that help young people, families, and communities recognise unsafe patterns sooner.
Your contribution helps us create practical prevention resources — from educational materials and classroom tools to community programs that make early conversations about safety, respect, and coercive control easier to start.

The Reframe Foundation acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waters across Australia. We honour the cultures, sovereignty and stories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
Based in Meanjin (Brisbane), we acknowledge the Turrbal, Yuggera and Yugambeh peoples as Traditional Custodians of the land where our work takes place. We recognise that our programs may extend across multiple Countries, and we pay our respects to all Traditional Custodians of the lands and waters on which we work and walk.
